Tendrils of dark energy erupt from you and batter all creatures within 4m of you. Each creature in that area must make a Strength saving throw, taking 2d6 Dark damage.

Critical Success (+10). The target is unaffected.
Success. The target takes half damage.
Failure. The target takes full damage and is unable to take Reactions.
Critical Failure (–10). As failure, except the target takes 1.5× damage.


At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st.
